He is at present settled in Kuthuparamba to concentrate on the business.Pioneer Latex Industries is a Latex centrifuging unit that has been providing centrifuged latex for industry and other purposes over twenty years. Pioneer Latex Industries was set up in the year 1989 at Kuthuparamba in Kannur District of Kerala State. Our factory is the first centrifuged latex processing unit, the first ISO 9001:2000 certified factory , the first latex centrifuging unit to acquire the Bureau of Indian Standard Certification for 60% centrifuged latex and the first natural rubber exporter from North Malabar. .
At present we have the processing facility to produce centrifuged latex of any specification as per the requirements of the customers. We can process 60% centrifuged latex with High Ammonia base or Low Ammonia base. We process double centrifuged latex or any other kind of latex to meet the high end requirements of the customers for special purposes. We also provide Natural Rubber Latex Compound which can be used as a high quality adhesive in the leather industry at competitive prices .
The company has developed a good export market for 60% centrifuged latex and has a good clientele in Switzerland, Bulgaria, Syria, Belgium, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and China. The company has a trading division to carry out the export of all grades of natural rubber, rubber chemicals and synthetic rubber .Also we provide technical consultancy services to our customers so that the problems in production can be sorted out.
