The factory and nearby premises have large plantations of natural rubber from which we collect our raw material- field latex. We are very stringent on quality parameters and our quality concern starts from the very first point of latex collection to its packing and delivery. At each and every stage of collection, processing and delivery strict quality checks are fixed.
The natural rubber latex is processed in high end machines to produce 60% centrifuged latex. We regularly supply materials to Gloves Units, Condom Units, Balloon units, Foam Mattress manufacturing units and units engaged in the manufacture of other kinds of dipped rubber goods. Also we arrange for the door delivery of the materials according to the convenience of the customers.
We produce the following grades of natural rubber latex:
- 60% centrifuged latex – High Ammonia
- 60% centrifuged latex- Low ammonia
- 60% centrifuged latex- TMTD free
- Also we process the centrifuged latex to suit the customers’ requirements on receipt of the technical specification
